Messaging limit

Meta limits how many conversations a number can start in 24 hours: 250, then 1,000, 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited. Replies to customers never count.

Grow the limit

• Verify your business in Meta Business settings > Security Centre. This lifts the limit to 2,000.
• Keep quality Medium or High and use at least half your current limit for a week.

Quality rating

Meta rates each number from customer reactions. Blocks and reports lower it. Send relevant messages, honour STOP and avoid sending marketing too often.
