Join the beta

Meta bills WhatsApp template messages (see Meta's pricing) directly to each business's own WhatsApp account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. GHL charges its own premium fee ($0.01) per run of WaTalkers workflow actions; free alternatives are available.

How billing works

Every 30 days, per number

Each WhatsApp number is charged when it connects and every 30 days after. Remove a number and it stops at the end of its current 30 days.

Through your GHL wallet

Charges go through GoHighLevel's wallet. Agencies add their markup with GHL rebilling and resell at their own price.

Agency volume pricing

When an agency uses WaTalkers on 2 or more sub-accounts, every number is priced on the agency's total: the more numbers, the lower the price.

Meta's charges

Template messages are billed by Meta to the business's own WhatsApp account. Customer-started chats and replies within 24 hours are free.
