WaTalkersTerms of service

These terms apply to businesses and agencies ("you") that use WaTalkers, a product of HighImpct ("we"). By installing or using WaTalkers you agree to them.
The service
WaTalkers connects WhatsApp Business numbers to GoHighLevel through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Features may change as Meta and GoHighLevel change their platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, and Meta's messaging rules, including getting opt-in before messaging people.
- Keep a valid payment method on your WhatsApp account for Meta's charges.
- Do not use WaTalkers for spam, unlawful content, or to message people who opted out.
- Keep your GoHighLevel and Meta accounts secure.
Fees
WaTalkers fees are shown on our pricing page and charged through the GoHighLevel wallet every 30 days per connected number, after any free trial. Meta bills its own charges directly to your WhatsApp account. GoHighLevel may charge its own fees, such as premium workflow action fees.
Beta
Parts of WaTalkers are offered as a beta. During the beta, features may change, be added or be removed, and support is provided on a best-effort basis. Beta access is free until we announce launch pricing at least 14 days in advance. Beta testers who stay on after launch keep a founding price of 50% off every published WaTalkers rate for as long as their subscription stays active. You can stop using the beta at any time.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Meta, GoHighLevel and network outages are outside our control.
Suspension and termination
You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend use that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, or that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, WaTalkers is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions by Meta or GoHighLevel.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continued use means you accept them.
